Meet the speaker: Dr Dorian Dugmore

1. The importance of looking after your health alongside your wealth

2. Key factors that help you delay the ageing process and reduce the risk of premature heart disease, diabetes and cancer

3. Understanding stress as a risk factor for heart disease and how to cope with this and build resilience.

Dr. Dugmore has been working in Cardiovascular Medicine and Wellness for 30 years and has written extensively on health, exercise and heart disease. He has worked with several companies in the United Kingdom including Schwarz Pharma, an international pharmaceutical company and adidas, the sporting goods company.

He is an active member of “Vistage International”, (the largest organisation worldwide for chief executives) and is also a former board member of the World Economic Forum for Corporate Wellness. Dorian has completed unique research on senior high-profile executives in Canada and the UK, significantly reducing their cardiovascular and lifestyle risk.

What is Businesssense®?

Businesssense® is an exclusive community open only to clients of Henwood Court and our trusted professional alliances.

Our aim is to provide a forum where business owners, company directors and senior executives can come together to learn, network and do business together.

Specifically, Businesssense® will include:

• Three face-to-face events each year, with a keynote speaker and time for networking and learning
• Webinars delivered by us and members of the Businesssense® community
• Regular e-communications on relevant topics with input for our members

In the future, we will look to develop a community directory, discounts and affinity deals and access to discounted business consultancy.
